SHIPMENT
Many of our pieces are unique and hand-made, because of this, they can present some irregularities characteristical of a handcrafted piece. Please contact us with any further questions.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the number of pending orders:
Peninsula: 1-5 business days.
Balearic and Canary Islands: 4-8 business days.
Europe: 7-14 business days.

RETURN POLICY
If the order arrives with any damage, write to us at info@almudenalaborda.com within 5 days of receipt and keep the package in the state in which you have received it so that we can manage it.
